With a Ph.D. from Lebanese American University, Ahmad Khawaja is an international entrepreneur who founded the Artificial Intelligence Defense Platform (AIDP), a company that develops AI applications for a safer future. More recently, Dr. Ahmad Khawaja was involved with creating a new department within AIDP dedicated to child development.
Technology has served a key role in the daily life of children with 94 percent of those ages three to 18 having access to a computer and 61 percent having access to the internet, as of 2015. Access to the right AI tools will improve outcomes for children. The plan is to create platforms to help children gain critical thinking skills and overcome any learning disabilities.
The program is expected to be integrated into the company’s ISABELLA platform, which will bring consumers the ultimate in AI platforms because of its ability to store and draw information from a variety of sources. Establishing this program is in part due to Dr. Khawaja’s belief that children shape the future, and by establishing a platform that prepares children for this future, the company helps advance mankind.
